What if you could accelerate your school/classroom transformation process?

Every “high-needs school” looks forward to the moment they begin to receive favorable metrics from their district or state as evidence of their hard work towards increased student achievement. In anticipation for this moment of success, there is a faint desperation to FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS! Then what? We begin grasping for any strategy or product that seems to be working, never paying attention to the fact creators of some of these products have never experienced being in a “high-needs school”, nor do they understand the culture that typically offsets perfect implementation of your chosen strategies or products. Consequently, we find ourselves being practitioners with effective strategies and great products, but missing our achievement goal.

We understand challenges of "high-needs" schools!

Can you relate?
Identified by their state or distract as needing comprehensive targeted support.
High teacher turnover, increased number of new teachers, a number of experienced teachers still in need of capacity expansion as it relates to the achievement gap.
A predominantly low socioeconomic student population, sometimes having inconsistent attendance, limited home resources, exceptionally high behavioral challenges, or maybe even an increased number of special populations.
School administrators with little to no experience on how to design and/or manage an instructional program, have challenges with time management, and/or have very little knowledge regarding instructional leadership.
Your school is inundated with professional development, but you find yourself creating a PD after the PD due to having access to very little services equitably designed to meet the needs of “high-needs” schools.
