IMPACT realizes the antiquated way of leading a school will not service the unique needs of students today.  With the 20,012 improvement schools reported in 2019, added to the post-pandemic 2 year learning loss, we are in need of more INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERS.

It is imperative that leaders engaged in student learning understand how learning works - for students and teachers.  More importantly, IMPACT believes the mark of an instructional leader also includes their ability  to formulate, execute, and manage a building-wide plan for student learning.
